We will never willingly or knowingly give any nonpublic information about you, your company, your website or your circumstances to a third party without your consent.

We reserve the right to display publicly available elements of our client work and to display that work in our portfolio. We also reserve the right to engage suitable engineers, designers, freelancers, agencies and consultants to act on our behalf in the fulfilment of our services and to provide them with all information necessary to fulfil our agreement with the client.

However, we will not give out your contact details to a third party, without your consent.

About Guarantees

All project proposals, quotes, correspondence and communication between Mallee Blue Media and it’s staff, prospective clients, clients, associates and leads occur under the following disclaimer:

• Mallee Blue Media makes no Guarantee that you will reach the first page of Google
• Mallee Blue Media makes no Guarantee that you will profit from our services
• Mallee Blue Media makes no promise to successfully manipulate organic search results or consumer behaviour for its clients.

Mallee Blue Media will not be liable for any negative impact to your business, or any subsequent financial loss you incur as a result of your search engine position and online reputation, whether it is incurred before, during or after the delivery of our services to you, the client.

About Student Placements and Employment

Students in work placement or training, along with employers of Mallee Blue Media are subject to the conditions of employment by Mallee Blue Media and include:

• Confidentiality of all Client Related Work
• Non Disclosure of Client Identity and related assets

Further, all Employees and Students on Placement are not permitted to use any of Mallee Blue Media’s resources including tools, websites, accounts, etc, without the express permission of Mallee Blue Media. Nor shall any student or employee disclose any details of Mallee Blue Media’s tools, accounts or resources to any third party without permission.

Failure here will result in termination of student placement or employment and could lead to criminal prosecution.

About Service Contracts and Agreements

The contract and agreements made between Mallee Blue Media shall be set out in writing via email and our Service Proposal Document. It shall be limited to those services promised in writing via email and our Service Proposal Document.

Mallee Blue Media agrees to commence work at the agreed time, provided no payments are in arrears.

Any person, agency, website owner or company who utilises any of our services agrees to make full payment on or by the due date as outlined in the Service Proposal Document.

Mallee Blue Media reserves the right to stop work where payments are not made according to the Service Proposal Document.

Mallee Blue Media reserves the right to refuse to work for clients and prospective clients that do not meet our ethical guidelines or anyone else for whom we believe we are not a suitable fit.

Profit and Losses

Mallee Blue Media will not be liable and cannot be held responsible for anything which adversely affects the clients business, software, website or websites and all its content, third-party properties such as Social Media or Directories, Company, branding, sales or financial circumstances and losses.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
